The umbrella is built around a fixed, two-piece aluminium mast paired with high-gauge fibreglass ribs, engineered to flex under pressure and withstand the demands of daily use. - We recommend securing your umbrella in a base. For freestanding umbrellas, we recommend the 25kg Basil Base and the 14kg Standard Base for table settings.
- Do not leave the umbrella open when unattended.
- In gusty conditions, we recommend lowering the umbrella to prevent any risk of it flying away.
- Always secure your umbrella to an appropriate base.
- Any modifications to your umbrella may invalidate the warranty.
- Do not use bleach-based detergents to clean the canopy.
- Make sure the umbrella is dry and clean prior to storing it away for extended periods of time to prevent mould from developing.
- Store your umbrella in a dry environment to extend its life and minimize wear and tear.
- Hose frame with water periodically, and more frequently if you live in a salty or industrial environment.

- We only deliver within the provinces of Canada, except any lighting products not available in British Columbia due to Province restrictions and regulations. The Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut are excluded from our delivery areas. Moreover, due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel an order.
Final sale on this product, we only accept exchanges or returns for products identified as faulty. If a product is found faulty upon purchase, we will not accept requests for refunds, credits, or exchanges after 60 days from the purchase date.
We advise you to examine your product immediately upon receipt. If you discover any issues, please contact us right away. Our initial approach is to attempt to repair the problem. If repair is not feasible, we may offer a replacement, or, at our discretion, issue a credit or refund.
For all warranty requests, please ensure you include the invoice. Should the product be confirmed as flawed or faulty, distribution will bear the shipping costs.
