Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and costs vary depending on weight, shipping location and whether products can be shipped together. The best way to get an idea for shipping costs is to place items in the shopping cart and add your Postal code and/or address. 

Please double check your shipping address. Kōst Ärbor is not responsible for items shipped to a wrong address. Kōst Ärbor Does not cover refunds for “porch piracy” or theft after delivery, once an item is marked delivered by a carrier, it is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

We are based out of Canada, however, International shipping is available to select countries. Please check the shipping options at checkout for details.

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Items that are made to order will process in 7-10 business days. 
Please note that handling times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kōst Ärbor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Note: As we work with suppliers across Canada and globally, items in a single order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
